This is a premium service where the items you have purchased are assembled, delivered and installed in your preferred position in the room of your choice in your home.
Furniture is more often large and delicate. There are many procedures in the delivery process that must be followed to ensure a quality, reliable, secure and efficient service. As a result, delays may occur during deliveries as a result of any extra time that may be required to install the furniture.
Please note that all initially supplied booking dates are tentative only, and are not guaranteed. If you have provided us with your mobile number, our delivery team will update you on the arrival and the delivery of your furniture via SMS.
Three to four days prior to your delivery, we will SMS the delivery information to your mobile phone. If all the information is correct, you will only need to text back ‘yes’. If there are any details that are not correct, or you wish to change your delivery date, please call our Dispatch Department on O2477 299299. If you are unsure whether a delivery date has been arranged, please contact your store where the purchase was placed, or call our Dispatch Department on 0333 358 3588.
Please note, due to the nature of imported goods, there may be some delays in our ability to deliver the product.
In order to be of assistance to our clients, please refer to the Terms & Conditions of Delivery of Goods found on either the back of the sales order form, or the Delivery and Collections Advice on the back of the receipt provided by the store at time of purchase, prior to calling our Dispatch team.

Fees for delivery, assembly and installation to residential premises is a standard delivery within an area where a Zone surcharge does not apply. If delivery is in a Zone surcharge area an additional surcharge fee will be applied to the standard delivery fee. Nick Scali does not deliver to some locations; see staff for details.
